FREE shipping for Peninsula and Balearic Islands in orders over 200 euros. Rest of shipments to Peninsula and Balearic Islands 10 euros. Other European countries 20 euros. For shipments outside of Europe consult.

You have 14 working days from the moment you receive the order at your home.
For orders placed in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) the first change is FREE. It is understood by "change", if it is made for another size or color. The second change and the returns will be paid by the buyer, at a cost of 10 euros.
For international orders, both changes and returns will be paid by the buyer, at a cost of 20 euros.
Only those returns or exchanges of garments that are received with the original packaging and don´t show signs of having been used or washed will be accepted.
Henry Arroway reserves the right to reject returns sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were sent.
Once the merchandise has been reviewed by our after-sales department, it will be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your return, and after checking the status of the garment, we will manage the refund immediately.
It may take up to 10 business days from when you send the package until you receive your money back on your card.
