That they are a person with sufficient capacity to enter into a contract.
That they assume all obligations set forth herein.
That they are of legal age (18 years old) to access this Website, as well as to purchase the products offered on it.
We urge you to carefully read these Terms and Conditions, our Cookie Policy, and our Privacy Policy before using this Website. By using our Website or placing an order through it, you consent to be bound by these Conditions and our Data Protection Policies.
Likewise, we remind you that these Terms and Conditions may be modified, so it is your responsibility to read them periodically, as the conditions in force at the time of placing orders or using the Website will be applicable.

Accessing this Website implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions of use, which regulate access to and use of the Website in order to provide users with information about our products and services.

Placing an Order
The procedure for purchasing the products offered through the Website is as follows:
Select the product: Customers wishing to purchase a product offered through our Website should go to our menu (WOMEN/MEN) and select the desired category (down jackets, parkas, trench coats, etc.). To view the product and access its details, click on it. After selecting the desired garment, color, and size, click the ADD TO CART button. The Customer may continue selecting other products on the Website or proceed directly to checkout.
Order summary: Once all products are selected, the Customer can access the order summary by clicking on the cart icon (VIEW MY SHOPPING CART). This summary will detail the name of the selected products, unit price, quantity, purchase subtotal, and total purchase including taxes. This is when you can enter a promotional code if you have one. To proceed with payment, the Customer must click the BUY button.
Registration: It is time to register. If you have registered previously, go to the ACCESS MY ACCOUNT section. If you do not remember your password, you can request a new one by clicking Forgot your password? and our team will send a temporary password that you can later change in your personal area. If you do not yet have an account on henryarroway.com, go to CREATE AN ACCOUNT and enter the requested data.
Delivery details: Next, the Customer must verify and fill in the billing information related to the order (first and last name, address, city, state/province, postal code, country, phone number, etc.). Customers who have previously registered their shipping details will not need to fill out this information again. Once this information is complete, click CONTINUE WITH PAYMENT/BUY.
Shipping method: This screen details the shipping method and costs.
Payment information: The Website offers the Customer the option to choose between different payment methods: credit card, VISA, MasterCard, as well as 4B or 4B Maestro debit cards (which implies an automatic charge), PayPal, Installment Payment with Sequra, and Bizum.
Note: You must notify INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases via email or phone as soon as possible so that INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. can take the appropriate steps. Additionally, payment providers or issuers may adopt anti-fraud measures that lead to the rejection of certain operations. INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. is not responsible for the application of such security policies.
Order confirmation: Once the order is confirmed, the Customer is shown confirmation of order receipt. The order will be processed once INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. receives confirmation of the order payment according to the method chosen by the customer.
Upon completion of the purchase process, the Customer will receive an email with information related to the order (order number, purchased products, delivery times, and shipping cost information).
Contract and Order Acceptance
The order will not be accepted by us until the amount has been charged to our account. Upon confirming the purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance. Only at that moment will the contract between you and us be formalized, and only for the items listed in said shipping confirmation. The contract will be formalized in Spanish and English, if necessary.
Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Before finalizing your order on the website, you can review all the details associated with it (amounts broken down into all necessary sections – taxes, costs, transportation, item selection, etc.), allowing you to correct whatever you consider necessary. After confirmation, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order through the website. You will need to contact us. In such a case, the order can only be modified or canceled if the item has not entered the dispatch phase from our warehouses.
Shipping Conditions
The territory in which orders are accepted and distributed includes the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands; shipments are also made to Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands. Regarding international shipments, deliveries are made within the EU and to third countries starting at 20 euros, and returns starting at 25 euros. The final price varies by destination (customs and taxes).
INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. sends orders to its Customers through various nationally and internationally recognized express courier companies, such as SEUR and DHL. Customers can check the status of their order at any time by accessing their personal area.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer, which may differ from their usual residence, allowing for shipping to a workplace or even to a third party as a gift. In any of these cases, identification of the buyer or the person to whom the product is addressed will be required via an official ID document, along with a signature on the delivery note.
The delivery date to the user’s home depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. For shipments to the peninsula, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, not exceeding 15 business days; and 3 to 7 days for the rest of Spain. It is the responsibility of INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. to make the necessary arrangements with the transport company to guarantee delivery of the order within a maximum period of 15 business days. If not, the shipment will be canceled, and the customer will be refunded the amount of the order and the shipment. If the shipment arrives after this period and the amount has been refunded to the customer, the customer may choose to return the shipment at no cost or proceed with payment for the order.
For orders with delivery addresses abroad, the estimated delivery time is between 15 and 20 business days, not exceeding 40 business days. It is the responsibility of INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. to manage the delivery with the courier to guarantee it within a maximum of 40 business days. Otherwise, the shipment will be canceled and refunded.
Transportation costs will be free for all purchases within the Peninsula, 12 euros for Ceuta, Melilla, and the Balearic Islands, 20 euros for the Canary Islands, and starting at 20 euros for all International shipments. The final indicated amount before checkout will include the corresponding VAT. The Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be exempt from this VAT. These prices apply to orders up to 15 kilograms.
Delivery is considered completed from the moment the carrier makes the product available to the Customer and the recipient signs for the receipt of the delivery. It is the recipient’s responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and state any valid reservations and claims.
Inability to Deliver
If the courier company attempts delivery for the first time and it is impossible to deliver your order, the driver will notify you of this first incident and will attempt a second delivery to your home in the following days. If the second delivery attempt fails, the driver will notify the incident again and deposit your order at the SEUR pick-up point closest to the indicated address. You will then have 15 business days to pick up the package personally. If these 15 days pass and you have not picked up your order, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will proceed to cancel the contract, refunding all payments received from you (except for incurred shipping costs) within a maximum of 15 days from the date we consider the contract resolved.
Price of Offered Products
Prices may change at any time, but potential changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation. The price of the products offered on our Website includes Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may apply and, in any case, will be expressed in the Euro currency (€). In accordance with Article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of items will be deemed to take place within the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the legally valid rate at any given time depending on the specific item in question. Payment Methods
Any order placed must be paid for immediately after order confirmation. Only orders for which payment has been completed and verified will be processed. The Website offers the Customer the option to choose between different payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, 4B, 4B Maestro): The order amount will be charged to your card. You must provide the card number, expiration date, and CVV2 security code. If your card is secured, relevant security codes will be requested. This data will not be saved or manipulated by us but will be registered directly in the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution. The charge takes place in real-time. If the charge cannot be carried out, the order will be automatically canceled.
PayPal: Allows direct payment without communicating financial data over the network, automatically encrypting confidential data.
Installment Payment with Sequra: Divide into 3 flexible and comfortable payments in 3 months without interest, with just three clicks and no extra cost.
Bizum: Free service that allows instant mobile purchases.
Right of Withdrawal
A. General Conditions: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after the items are delivered, except where exceptions under current consumer regulations apply. According to consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts referring to, among other exceptions:
The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Withdrawal means that, from effective possession of the product, you have 14 calendar days to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract via an unequivocal statement, such as an email to info@henryarroway.com or through the website’s contact form. We will reply within the following 3 business days with return instructions. We recommend using the online form. Once the 14 calendar days have elapsed, returns for withdrawal will not be accepted. In case of exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for returning the items to us within 14 business days from receipt, in their original packaging and condition, with any related accessories and the original invoice, to the following address: INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING SL, main offices at P.A.E Asuaran, Edificio Archanda, Pabellón 2B; 48950 ASUA –ERANDIO, VIZCAYA, SPAIN (NIF B-48753461).
After receiving and reviewing the returned items, we will refund any amount you have paid within a maximum period of 10 days. INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the fixed period, or garments not in the same condition as received (incomplete, damaged, or dirty).
B. Returns: Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade, grants the Customer the right to revoke the requested order within a period of 20 days from its receipt, with prior notice to INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L., and a refund of the price paid. You may return the purchased item as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging.
Peninsula: Returns are free.
Ceuta, Melilla, and Balearic Islands: Borne by the buyer with a cost of 12 euros.
Canary Islands: Borne by the buyer with a cost of 20 euros.
International Returns: Borne by the buyer starting at 25 euros, depending on the destination.
C. Returns for Blemishes or Manufacturing Defects: In case of a manufacturing defect, you may return the item as long as it has not been used and retains its original packaging. The entire order must be returned, with all original accessories and packaging. Received the product, INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. will examine it and communicate if you are entitled to a replacement. Replacement or refund will be made within 10 days of confirming the non-conforming item return. If an error is visibly clear at delivery, note it on the delivery note and contact us within 24 hours at Henryarroway@henryarroway.com or by phone at 944396103. If the returned product is out of stock, the Customer may choose to buy another of similar price/quality or request a refund within 30 days.
D. Warranty of Purchased Products: The contractual warranty offered is established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING S.L. will respond to lack of conformity manifesting within two years from delivery, provided the Customer informed us within two months of becoming aware of it. Given the nature of the goods sold (shorter lifespan), these periods apply taking into account the marketed good’s nature.
Events Beyond Our Control
INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. is not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with assumed obligations due to Force Majeure Causes beyond our control (e.g., strikes, war, riots, terrorist attacks, fires, storms, floods, government restrictions, etc.). Obligations will be suspended during the Force Majeure event, with a time extension granted equal to the duration of the event.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
All Industrial and Intellectual Property rights of all elements contained on this Website (trademarks, formats, graphic designs, texts, images, documents) belong to INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. and are protected by Spanish and international laws. Total or partial reproduction of this Website is expressly prohibited without express written permission.
Viruses, Piracy, and Other Computer Attacks
Inappropriate use of this Website via intentional introduction of viruses, trojans, or other malicious software, or unauthorized access, may entail sanctions under applicable regulations. INTERNACIONAL COMERCIO TRADING, S.L. is not responsible for damages suffered by your equipment or data as a result of using this website.
Nullity and Ineffectiveness of Clauses (Severability)
If any clause included in these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision, surviving the present General Terms and Conditions in everything else.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The use of our Website and contracts for the purchase of products through said Website will be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy arising from or related to the use of the Website or said contracts will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals. If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect the rights recognized by current legislation.
