- Log in to henryarroway.com to notify the return in the “My Account” > “My Orders” section.
- Select the corresponding order number and click RETURN. Follow the instructions.
- Prepare the package
- Place the items to return in the box along with the hanger and garment bag.
- Print the shipping label and attach it to the box.
- Take the package to the Post Office.

It is necessary to print the label and attach it to the package to take it to the Post Office.
RETURNS WILL HAVE A COST OF 10€, WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.
After receiving the order at your home, you have 20 days to return the item.
The items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with the security seal and tags attached.

Once we receive your request, we will process it as quickly as possible and get in touch with you to provide a solution.
Once we have received the package at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 days.*
From that moment, the refund may take an additional 5 business days to appear in your account.
You will receive an email once your return has been refunded.
During holiday periods or sales, your order may take a little longer to be refunded.
