To exchange or return a Henry Arroway product you must follow the following steps:
1. Login
Log in and select the product you want to return in your order history.
Click on the SEUR link that will appear on the screen and follow the steps to fill in the requested information (type of collection, name, collection address, time slot, etc.)
Following the process instructions, print the SEUR label with the transport data and stick it in a visible area of ​​the box.
2. Prepare the package
Indicate on the invoice if it is a return or an exchange (in this case, indicate color and size).
Put your garment in its original packaging, including the invoice and other accessories such as hangers and garment bags.
Close the box tightly with tape.
Stick the SEUR label that you have printed in a visible area of ​​the box.
In the event that the label is damaged or you wish to return more items from the same order, remember that you can print this label from your user account in the "My returns" section.
3. Deliver the package
In the case of having chosen home collection, wait for the courier to arrive and deliver it to your door.
If you have selected a delivery point, take the package to the nearest SEUR pickup store. You can check the list of centers here. (https://www.seur.com/busqueda-tiendas.do)
4. Refund of money
Once we receive your return, and after checking the status of the garment, we will send you a confirmation email and we will refund the money immediately.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days from when you deliver the package until you receive your money back.
